Park: No one likes to feed the meters. Save the three bucks and buy yourself a latte instead by parking on Echo Ave., Howe St. or Ridgeway Ave. (leave yourself time to find parking!)

Arrive: We know that sometimes things get in the way of your best intentions to be on time (like sucky traffic and last minute status updates.) But please understand that we are only able to work until the scheduled appointment end time. You will be charged for the full time booked. It is this policy that enables us to ensure that you will be seen on time as well so thanks!

Lost? Here and not sure where to go? Follow the walkway through the courtyard to the back of the building. Take either set of stairs to the second floor deck. Head to your left and the waiting room is the last door on your right.
